LGI Homes - Trilby Crossing

Great deals but the person I had talking to me about buying was too pushy and then became really rude at the end once he saw I backed out. Of buying the home. Too Unprofessional for me. I don't care for pushy salesman or women. This was Saturday 10/11/25.

We had a really nice time yesterday at junk fest. The folks from blooming House we're awesome! I'm really glad that we went and were able to sell some items from our estate sale. Thank you for letting us come there.

Whoever is in charge of management completely sucks, I started getting emails to pay my HOA which made me confuse because I have a different HOA company called them and basically told me that’s how payments work, didn’t even bother to listen to my confusion. After doing some research ON MY OWN I realized it’s a completely different neighborhood from LGI in Brooksville… I live in Tampa, I sent multiple emails to the manager so they could fix the issue as I don’t own that house and they apologize and said they would fix it, well 3 months later I am still receiving letters and emails to pay my HOA for a house I DONT own. I just feel sorry for the person who actually owns the house and has so many late payments fees and hopefully they fight to make it right. TRICROSS and TRILBRY crossing , do

LGI homes Trilby crossing and Hieder Fayiz are amazing!!! me and my wife have been married for 25 years and have tried several times with other builder’s to buy a house over the years and have always been rejected or told we need impossible amounts of money for a down payment, with LGI Homes and their in house programs we were blessed to be able to get our dream home!!! We walked into their office on Sunday 1/5/2025 and closed on January 1/21/2025 only 2 1/2 weeks to close.. this has been amazing and we are truly blessed to finally be home owners!!! Thank you to all the people involved at LGI to make this what once seemed like an impossible dream to become a reality! If anyone thinks owing a home is impossible it’s not just visit LGI and talk to Hieder Fayiz!

Purchased a house in December from LGI Homes. The team here (Hieder and Jennifer especially) made the process super easy and stress free. They answered any questions I had quickly, and were very easy to get a hold of when needed. Highly recommend ☺️
