Our home-buying experience with LGI Homes in Palm Bay has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we felt supported, informed, and truly taken care of. A huge part of that was thanks to Carissa, who was incredible from start to finish. She was extremely patient with our timeline, never rushed us, and understood that we needed to take care of a few things before we could move forward. Her communication was consistent, her professionalism was outstanding, and she always made us feel like our goals and comfort came first. Carissa’s guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained each step clearly, answered every question, and made sure we were confident in every decision along the way. LGI Homes is an Excellent Company, selling homes in Palm Bay now. “All in one” shopping for your new home! All the Sales Staff are tremendous & friendly, but this review would not be complete without mentioning “MONIQUE” . She is a dedicated professional, who genuinely cares for everyone who walks in the door. Monique is absolutely the “Total Package” & will leave you thinking how you could have possibly use another Real Estate Sales Agent 🤷🏼‍♂️.

LGI Homes is the best! I was able to get in and out without feeling like I was pressured to do anything against my will. I went in knowing I wanted a home and made an appointment with Ricky Garcia. I told him exactly what I wanted and he listened with great intent. He was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. After showing me the respect and professionalism I deserved as a potential buyer, I just had to go with LGI Homes. The house I chose was what I was looking for and if it wasn't for the great staff and homes on the market, I probably wouldn't have settled. But I was taken care of because LGI is people focused! Ricky was out rep who showed us our new home. From the moment we met we know he was out guy. Very attentive, professional, and informative. He took his time and explained everything. I highly recommend a visit to Drew if you are in the market for a home. After months of looking for homes, I found LGI online. I called, and spoke to Drew about what I was looking for in a home. Made an appointment the next day and decided to sign on a beautiful model. Unfortunately, we didn't qualify for the down payment assistance program and we were a bit disappointed. About 2 months later, I received a call from Drew. He ran numbers and found a different program we could be approved for. We went and found a home that just started being built in a perfect location for us. 4 months later we are moved into our new home. If it wasn't for Drew remembering us, we would probably still be looking at 35 year old houses HIGHER than a brand new build. I can't thank LGI enough. Highly recommend gi
