Dee was my wonderful sales associate. He took me to a home which suited me to perfection! Erik was my contact for any questions or concerns I had after I moved in. The Customer Service is and was outstanding. I love my new home especially because I have LAND! Coming from the east coast of Florida with zero lot lines, this is a real treat! I highly recommend the LGI Team!

LGI Buyers beware! We have to pay $15K to replace the poorly installed Shaw “luxury” vinyl flooring installed in.our home in June 2021. The floor started breaking apart and coming up in Year #2 after the 1 year builder warranty was up. LGI North Port and Shaw flooring gave me the run around and stopped communicating with me about the floor defects so I had no choice but to replace the floors on my own. Turns out LGI NEVER installed a moisture barrier under the flooring which is a No No in Florida.

Our LGI home is 21 months old. Heartache and headaches. Poor quality, bad sales and construction process. Visit the BBB site and read about LGI. LGI offers their preferred lender for a lower rate, claiming to “own the lender.” False. LGI Mortgage Solutions is a joint venture with Loan Depot. They simply buy down points on the mortgage. This buy-down has a time limit of 90 days. To “lock in the rate” you have to pay for extensions. We had to extend. It grew to $2500 and two months behind. In fact, Loan Depot cut the offer and dictated to LGI that they needed to close or they wouldn't honor our rate. LGI did paid the point buy-down, appropriately. “What you see on the website is what you get.” False. The renderings on the website are different than what we got. We were given a monthly paym

LGI Homes did an Awesome job of building or new home. We worked with Benjamin and at the end of the process with Nick. And Roberto Arreola the lending officer, that keep us informed very step of the way. Jesse our construction manager, made sure every detail on the house had been take care off. We love the style of the house. Thank you for all that you’ve done.

We worked with Eric and Nick on choosing our home. Although the process took a lot longer than expected, we understand the struggles due to COVID. They’ve been very attentive and and answered all of my questions without hesitation and if they didn’t have the answer they were sure to find it. The day after we moved in the crew came to mow the lawn and accidentally hit the irrigation pipe… I was freaking out. Jesse, our construction manager, showed up within 10 minutes. The service is undeniably better than we could have asked for. We cannot thank you enough for all that you’ve done in literally building our next chapter. 🙏🏼
