All in all we had a very great experience with the purchase of our home! As first time homebuyers, I will admit, we were skeptical. But any doubts we had the LGI team was very great in addressing said doubts (we worked with Pam). I definitely would recommend hiring a private inspector to make sure you don’t miss anything but anything our inspector caught, the construction manager and his team were quick to fix before our closing date! We love our home and can say our experience overall was great. Even after closing the team has been very nice to us and helpful in addressing some minor concerns after closing.

Honestly my husband and I both had a great experience purchasing our home with LGI. We made an appointment and Mystery was our representative. She was wonderful, she called every Thursday to give us an update on our home and answered all the questions we had along the way. If she didn’t know the answer to our questions she would get us in touch with someone who did. LGI let us get our own 3rd party inspection without any questions or pushback, which made us feel like they are confident in their craftsmanship and integrity. Blake was our Construction manager and he was extremely friendly and took care of any questions and concerns we had before during and after we hired the 3rd party home inspector. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to leave a heartfelt review about Kevin, who graciously helped me with my home purchase from the moment I walked into the LGI office in Dacula Georgia. Kevin was incredibly helpful and welcoming, guiding me through every single step I needed from start to finish. He made the process so smooth, and I truly believe he deserves to be recognized—he should definitely be paid more! lol. Kevin was like my realtor, lender, and therapist all in one. Even when I decided to switch homes midway through the process, he remained patient, understanding, and supportive the entire time. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through this experience without him. Buying a home is such an emotional journey, and I want to extend my deepest appreciation to him. Thank you Kevin!

If I could leave no stars I would. First let me say I love my home, it is well constructed. We were one of the first families to move in. However, LGI’s lack of planning for construction is absolutely terrible. There have been multiple traffic jams because of the lack of planning. There is literally construction on every street. Which makes it impossible for the people that already live here to get in and out of the neighborhood. I’ve already had to replace two tires due to nails as well. Not to mention, when I addressed them about the concrete truck that backed up into my drive way to pour concrete for the house across that street (which cracked and scrapped my driveway) they did nothing about it. I wish I never purchased my home here. All they care about is selling you the home once you have bought a home you will not get anymore help. They have horrible attitudes not to mention how small the streets are and the fact that they have no common sense when it comes to planning. they constantly block the roads and it’s impossible to get to work on time depending on the the time of day. The front entrance is an accident waiting to happen. The Bald white guy is the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. I suggest getting rid of him before LGI has bigger issues like lawsuits. Please save you time money and energy on something worth while. The sales office thinks they are the HOA when it come to getting you grass cut even tho mine was cut 3 days prior I received a letter saying cut
