Haven't visited the place yet but I would with Adria who helped out allot. Got us scheduled this Wednesday to look at some houses for Mom and Dad and she was extremely helpful. Answered more questions that I had even planned on asking and there was no waiting for anything. No having to call me back, she even tried to get me in today to look at them. I only didn't because of my own schedule but the customer service I received was outstanding. Looking forward to Wednesday, hopefully this will be our new neighborhood.

I think that these LGI people they need to be more forthcoming before they make you drive 30 to 45 minutes out here they don't offer a voucher for gas they don't do anything like that and it's not because I'm disgruntled customer or anything because if I'm if you're looking for a house you're going to go where you need to go but the conversation needs to be a little bit more transparent than it is not like I'm angry because I didn't get approved I was there 2 seconds this is something they could have text me I'm very angry about it because you know I am on a set and fixed budget and all this could have been texted to me but instead I drove almost 30 45 minutes away from my house to come and stay in here for 10 seconds and get a Coke that's my consolation prize instead of getting into a hou
