Lexington Woods

If you see the Cedarwood sign, it's now been renamed to Lexington Woods! Do not stop, do not pass go, just run for your life away from this place!! Trust me or think to yourself why there are so many vacant apartments! I have been here many years. It has went downhill since new ownership took over. Improvements have been made to the office. The pavement is still a joke. The landscaping company was fired and replaced by people who don't landscape/cut grass properly. The landscape used to be mulched yearly, now weeds grow where mulch exited. Mulch has only been placed at the entrance and office area since the new ownership. There is no longer office hours, where you can stop in to speak with someone. You have to schedule an appointment to discuss problems. If you don't show for the scheduled

Lexington Woods is an excellent community to reside in!!!! The manager is so very kind and helpful, in any way that is possible to ensure you enjoy living here and feel comfortable and safe!! It is very peaceful here and the grounds are kept trimmed and clean! The neighbors always greet with a smile , which is nice to see! I highly recommend Lexington Woods to be your choice for your next apartment community!!!

Only thing I'm confused with is the Wi-Fi and internet. Is it mandatory? I can't afford 45.00, I live on a fixed income and that is just to much for me. I have lived in the Longwood apartments area for a long time now. I've seen landlords come and go. So, for you guys to hang in there and actually do what you can to make it better, is awesome. I love the new fencing and well, LOL! The landscaping, well I'm sure it will get better. I really love living in my area, it's clean and it quiet. At 64 years of age, you can't beat it. But my only worry is the internet that you guys have contracted with, actually they were already here. And I really hope it is not mandatory because I don't need it and I can't afford it. I live at Lexington Woods property named Cedarwood on Codell Drive here in Lexington, KY! I’ve been since March 18, 2024. If that doesn’t give you some idea of my opinion of the place…. I LOVE IT! We’ve had management changes in the last year, but it’s a work in process! Great staff…. Especially Maintenance crew. A great team! Personable, reliable and still know you and will wave and speak as they pass your unit or see you! Single floor units which I love. Didn’t care about amenities. Wanted a nice place to live close to family and convenient to my needs. My cat loves it here too. Great neighbors! Owners and management slowly making improvements that are to benefit us all! Manager very Helpful , Friendly and informative. I texted maintenance and thought I'd be waiting weeks ,to my surprise I was informed and he showed up the very next day 🤗. Resolved issues and left himself a reminder on the other issue WOW impressive....I don't have a pet but neighbors animals so friendly and no barking ... My neighbor's are so friendly!!!!!
