Moving from out of state is hard enough without dealing with scammy companies. Despite the reviews, I had a friend go look at a cute little house. Quick, lazy fixes everywhere, and it STINKS. I'm certain they list the property as non-smoking because at least one tenant in the past definitely did, hence the cigarette marks all over the bathroom. Come on, man. Explains the price drop. Requiring the security deposit and onboarding fee before signing is quite the racket. Thank you, NEXT.

Do not rent from these people if at all possible. If you need anything from them they are impossible to get on the phone. They screen calls and do not return voice mails and if you fill out maintenance requests as they specify they never get back to you and you have to call repeatedly for anything to get done. On the miracle that you actually get ahold of someone they are extremely rude on the phone after being entirely unhelpful and they interrupt you while you are speaking.

Absolutely a nightmare. Unanswered maintenance needs, inattentive company, unprofessional is the nicest word i can think of. Took our $2500 APPLICATION FEE and waited over 30 days from approval to even give us a move in date. Wiring in the house was wrong, our AC didnt work, outlets blow but they dont keep record. This is the worst management company ive ever come across. Lack of record keeping on their end, lack of communication, all around a nightmare. Take your money elsewhere.

They will not return your security deposit !! We left our home spotless and then some and they refuse to return email or phone calls ! Would rate 0/10 , they dont manage or maintain property at all

My husband, mom and myself moved into one of their homes in Lexington about a month ago. The house is much older and needed some work done. So far I have put in 3 requests for work and they have sent someone out to fix all the issues. We were worried based on reviews, however so far nothing has been negative in our situation. I appreciate this company for making our viewing, move in, paper work easy and fixing house issues.
