Lexington Hills Apartments

Had dirty carpet from the day my boyfriend moved in he told the office they said they cleaned it but in reality they didn’t . Basement apartment always had mold had to keep throwing away personal stuff due to mold and mildew smell apartment was always hot air conditioner had mold to where you couldn’t turn it on.Maintenance would make random visits without knocking came in apartment while we was sleep a lot and even woke .had mold all in window ect and rusted refrigerator the light was also broke in the refrigerator they seen it and didn’t replace it at all my boyfriend even filed a paper for them to replace it they said they couldn’t cabinets had mold all they do is paint over it I feel bad for the next person that will live there

It was a nice clean and very friendly place to go and hangout with friends and play some B-Ball.

I wish I could give no stars. It takes them forever to fix anything. The office staff is rude and disorganized and racist. They are having money problems as a employee was stealing money from tenants and they have no desire to fix issues caused on people's accounts.. People hang out in the hallway and they threaten to evict everyone in a building instead of finding out who is doing the loitering. They will find any reason to try to evict anybody even people who work and stay out of the way. I would not recommend anyone to live here. There is no peace in staying here not from the landlord or the security or the people who hang around and destroy the hallways. Best bet for low income is to go through pha not the Lexington hills.

They recently have been towing vehicles that are tenants of the apartments. Stating that they don't have a parking pass. Something they DIDN'T put in the lease agreements & DIDN'T GIVE OUT NOTIFICATIONS that they're ENFORCING PARKING PERMITS FOR TENANTS To legally tow a vehicle they would have to run the license plate & see the vehicle is NOT registered to the address or building it's in FRONT of, How is it illegally parked if it's registered to the address or building? #scamrightthere #poorcommunication #nopriorknowledgegiven #poorpropertymanagement

It’s terrible they don’t come fix anything bad spider problems an mold grows everywhere!
