Do not live here! So disappointed that we just moved here with several kids. We love the pool and they have a “no fun” at the pool rule. No food, no toys, no jumping in the water. Please tell me the point of a pool for kids that can’t even play in it? Seems like we like to make way too many rules to keep our problems to the point where we need to just stand and stare at eachother. And don’t think the lifeguard will be easy on the rules. He’s on a power trip and here everyday! He will threaten to kick you out because your kids accidentally forget the rules for a second and jumped in the pool. (Very natural to do). Ridiculous! What’s the point in the pool at all if it’s no fun?

I never thought I would live in such a beautiful gated community. The security always patrols and HOA is very responsive and really cares. The safest and most beautiful neighborhood full of lovely neighbors. Loving it

Drive by here and it’s such an eye sore. Big houses with 5 ft between each other. The entire neighborhood consists of same 2 builds. Just drive by and you can see house A, house B, then it repeats the same layout house A, House B, house A, house B, and so on.

The neighborhood is perfect, however the HOA and to be precise the manager is awful. She is discriminating against homeowners. Her main job within the community is to make our lives miserable.
