Lex at Waterfront Station Apartments

This Place is wonderful. Nice renovation of the lobby and community room. Love the staff and the concierge team. If I needed anything Lex team would always take care of it. Kaytriel and Leslie at the Lex is awesome in the Leasing Office. Love the amenities such as business center, coffee station, fitness center and package room.

Well priced, exceedingly convenient place to live with both the Safeway and Metro station right next door. It's also close enough to the Wharf that spending time there doesn't feel like I'm going out of my way. I've been a resident for over 6 years and I haven't had any issues at the Lex. The spaces are kept clean, and the common areas are quite nice and have been recently renovated. The concierge staff have always been helpful and nice, particularly Corinne. We have had quite a few front desk personnel, but Corinne is far and away the most friendly and dedicated among them, making the whole complex feel more like a community than an impersonal collection of units. I have lived here about 3 years, and have enjoyed my experience. The property is clean and well maintained, the maintenance team always answers my requests quickly and effectively, and management is responsive. But, the best part of the experience is certainly the concierge desk. The entire team is always welcoming and helpful. Particularly, Corine is enthusiastic, has developed a personal relationships with most of the residents, and always greets us genuinely. She has certainly been a bright spot.

I recently had to move out of Lex at Waterfront Station due to different circumstances, but I truly want to highlight the outstanding work of Leslie Plascencia as Property Manager. From day one, Leslie’s attention was impeccable—personalized, human, and always precise. Whenever an issue came up, she addressed it promptly and professionally, making you feel genuinely heard and supported. She always maintained an open-door attitude, which makes a world of difference when you’re living in a community. I’m sincerely grateful for her support and dedication throughout my time at Lex. I would like to thank the leasing team members, Kaytriel, Brittany and Leslie and also shout out to the maintenance team Danni, Ivan and team. They had a Happy Hour meet your neighbors outing. It was wonderful and welcoming. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and a special shout out to Ms Karen and Dee the concierge they are wonderful. There are a few others on the concierge team but I don’t remember their names, thanks for being wonderful.
