My boyfriend and I have had our application in for 3 weeks already waiting on a call about our background checks.a background check doesn't take 3 weeks the last one we had done for a place to live took 3 days. Told the landlord that where we are currently living isn't safe place for us to have our new born come July so we needed a rush put on our application. Still 3 weeks later nothing they have 3 open apartments. And moving the tenants that already live there around to different apartments instead of calling us. All we wanted was a safer environment but all we are getting is a run around.

Landlord treats people like she's some Sargent in the Army . . Family's don't have a chance living there . . kids are scared of her . . no place for children that's for sure . . . if you have children don't live there because my grandbabies still have night mairs ... Sad ... Sad... Sad.. . . my grandchildren will never be the same .....

I was picking up a friend and Trudy Landlord was constantly watching us. We were parked for 5 minutes to pick up a friend and she already called to complain while 75% of the tenants are on drugs.

The Landord sent out a man to stare our car down. Kinda made us feel unsafe.

This place musty crusty, we try to visit our friends to have a fine evening with the boys and then we get threats of our car being towed from the lot, it's quite ridiculous honestly.
