We had some issues with the processing of our loan from one other staff member, who shared my husband’s confidential information to a colleague of his instead of verifying the head of HR/correct point of contact. This specific staff member also wouldn’t respond to our phone calls when we would reach out with questions about the shared information or general questions surrounding our loan, which led to frustration on our end.
