Put a deposit on an. apartment kept waiting for the inspection it didn't pass still waiting for my money back it's been a month every time I talk to them about my money give me 24 hours I'll call you when the check is ready still nothing

Living on this property has been nothing but a blessing. The property manager is very professional. I haven't had any problems sinceI've been here. The property is well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone interested. The property manager is always looking out for her tenants. Making sure they are comfortable in talking with her about any issues they are having. She's such a sweet person. I love it here! Keep up the good work 👏

The property is under new management, Ms. Temika. Since she’s been here I can already see some great changes around here. She has built great rapport with Moline Acres PD and they patrol our community throughout the day. She’s installed security cameras for our safety. She’s doing a great job of maintaining the property and being quick about processing my paperwork and maintenance requests. She’s been really helpful. The community is fairly quiet as well.

I've been at this property for 8 years...Temika was has been the only manager that cared for her residents and went over and beyond her job. She assists with emergency calls because the maintenance is just terrible. They haven't responded to any of my emergency calls. This company is terrible. Please find a property manager that will do right. I see this place going to trash real soon. The new property manager is not very welcoming and has not been in the office since she started. Unfortunately I will be finding me a place to move.

This apartment complex is a joke. The management sucks. No one gets back with you. They do not keep their word. I do not recommend this company Edit: I was supposed to get my security deposit back and not only did I NOT RECEIVE IT.. but they have played around with my time and intelligence. The whole management is a JOKE. And not a GOOD ONE let alone corny one. Nothing professional or productive. I should have left the apt TRASHED.. but that’s not me. I’m not a trash person… plus I don’t live that way. But I’m still fighting to get what is OWED to me…. Aye, if you move here- BE CAREFUL AND DOCUMENT EVERY SINGLE THING!!!!!!!!!
