Level 25 at The Curve by Picerne

I have been living here for about 8 months and it has been the best renting experience I have ever had. From start to finish the leasing team has been wonderful, the grounds are extremely clean safe and well kept, and my apartment is beautiful with no issues. Everything is of the highest quality in the unti, and it's safe and quiet in my experience. Love this neighborhood/area. The pool and gym are amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I have lived here for almost a full year and it has been the best living experience we've had in a Las Vegas apartment (we've already renewed our lease). Cleanliness is important to us and I can't say enough good things about how tidy things are kept. The office staff and maintenance team are all friendly and helpful - always pleasant interactions. They regularly host food trucks, events, etc. Overall, it's just been a good experience.

I had a great experience working with Marcos at Level 25 Picerne. The process of getting my apartment was quick and easy. Marcos guided me through every step and made sure I understood everything along the way. Communication was excellent, and he was always available to answer my questions. Thanks to his help, the move-in process was smooth and stress free. The move-in bonuses were great also!

This property was the first stop on my list for apartment hunting and I did not have to look at any more after touring here! Marcos was super friendly and was even able to offer a great move-in special for signing the lease same day after touring. I’ve been at this property two months now and everything has been perfect. 10/10 recommend living here and getting Marcos as your leasing agent!
