I have lived here over 4 years now and just renewed my lease again. Ainsley and Elaila from the front office are wonderful, Andy and Israel from maintenance are too. Everything gets done in a timely manner. The location is amazing. Right next to the freeway. Durango Casino and the Uncommons are a 5 minute drive. Lots of shops and restaurants/fast food options close by. Reasonably priced for the area and age of the units plus it’s a small community which I love! It’s unfortunate that people who haven’t lived here get to leave bad reviews.

I love this community. And as far as maintenance goes, Andy and his Partner are Great, they are always very kind and efficient. Recently my A/C broke around 5 Am, I did an Emergency Maintenance request and they showed up within an hour and worked on it all day. I could tell they had just woken up from their sleep to come and work on it. I’m very appreciative. One of the best things this property offers is their Great and attentive Staff as well as the amenities.

This will be my 7th year living at Level 25 at Durango. Before I moved here, I was moving a lot for work and used to move from apartment to apartment. The ladies in the office sealed the deal 7 years ago and I haven't wanted to leave this property since! The property is well maintained and any service calls are taken care of immediately. The property is quiet and the community feels open and spacious. When visiting the club house, the office room, or lounging by the pool, the amount of neighbors always seems to be at a minimum which makes for a very enjoyable and peaceful experience. Thank you to the current office team, especially Kari for always going above and beyond and making Level 25 feel like home - just as it did 7 years ago!
