I visited the home at 1510 Trumpeters Ct, Monument CO and it is beautiful. It is very spacious and high tech with modern appliances and in-floor heat. It has a really nice mother-in-law suite (or guest room for extended-stay guests) that has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and sink in the room, as well as an adjacent bathroom. It also has a separate entrance from the outside. I especially liked the oversized garage. The location is a little too far from town for me, but it would be a very comfortable place to live anywhere.

I am an owner of a Level 1 Home - and could not be happier. When I moved to Colorado I wanted a house with no basement or 2nd floor, a one level home. I mentioned this to a friend and he told me about Mr Clint Dufresne, and Level 1 Homes. From day one Clint worked with me, asking questions, my life style and what I wanted in a home, and he created a fantastic floor plan. We found property, got approval to build and then the excitement of building began. I new immediately that Clint wanted my house to be perfect. We met regularly going over plans, he was so patient answering my many questions. His guidance on flooring, paint, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc. was phenomenal. The team at Level 1 Homes included my wife and I in every step of the building process. Their honesty, great workmanship and attention to detail made it very gratifying. The entire team associated with Level 1 Homes worked together and provided us with a beautiful well-built home that we will enjoy for many years.

Clint was excellent to work with. The house was completed in the promised time, and he ensured that I got what I wanted in my house - meeting all of my unique and specific requests. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any project!

I can’t speak to their homes, but I CAN speak to the fact that one of their employees in a company vehicle darted out in front of me while I was going 50 MPH. Thankfully, I didn’t have anyone else in the car with me and I was able to brake in time, but I certainly didn’t appreciate the risk to my safety because the slack-jawed driver was too impatient to wait for two additional cars at a busy intersection. Let’s home they build better houses than they do hiring people.
