Terrible Experience- As others mentioned; the realtor is unresponsive, rude, and handles his business in an unethical manner. We were under contract for 2 weeks before he updated the property profile to show as having a contract. Within those 2 weeks, he was collecting offers. Once he received a better offer, he approached the real estate agent representing, informing her that they had received a better offer and that we should eliminate the agreement- letting them move forward with the cash offer. We said no, and reiterated our commitment to the agreement. Since then, the communication has been almost non- existent. We are pending his communication on a follow up inspection and the title company has not been able to reach him either. It is obvious that he is hoping that we move away from

This has been the worst experience I’ve had as a realtor. Zachary Lane, who listed on the MLS a property for rent has been nothing but unprofessional and rude. I’ve attached some pictures of the unbelievable texts he wrote to me when I was calling to get an update on my clients application. The broker is useless and so as their office management. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!

This was a horrible experience with Zachary Lane. Unresponsive, rude, unethical practices as a real estate agent. I would suggest avoiding this at all cost! It’s a waste of time and energy as the other review stated. The owner of this property should know how unprofessional this real estate agent is.

Agent Sam has always responded in a timely manner. He helped us buy our first investment property. And we closed on time!
