Lenoxplace at Garner Station Apartments

I moved into Lenoxplace in July 2025 and honestly everything has been pretty much what I expected based on what was advertised. The place is kept up well and any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been handled quickly. Maintenance has been super responsive, which I really appreciate. Requests take no more than 5-10 minutes usually. Derrick especially stood out — he was very respectful and even took his shoes off before coming into my apartment without me asking. Overall, it’s been a good experience living here so far.

Please don’t live here and give these people your hard earned money. They don’t deserve it. Management is unhelpful at best and that’s if you can get ahold of them. Maintenance is incompetent and slow even when it’s a serious issue. If you’re a young professional looking for a quiet place to live this is not the place. Kids unsupervised running around screaming sometimes as late as 11pm. And don’t let the fact that kids live here make you think it’s a good place for you and your kids. It’s not! Trash piled up next to the dumpster (because no one can be bothered to throw it in the dumpster) broken bottles and glass everywhere. Not to mention I have witnessed several drug deals happening in the parking lot. This place is miserable and if you live here you’ll be miserable too.

We have a great Maintenance Team. Normally, most of my requests for maintenence work are responded to in a timely manner, unless more urgent requests are handled first. I have lived here over 15 years, as a tenant with no regrets.

I came to tour an apartment and Anesia was very welcoming. She explained the pricing, gave me a tour and answered any questions I had without hesitation. The property was quiet and clean during my visit and every staff member I encountered had a great attitude. The Apartment was spacious & Anesia explained the differences between the apartments if I were to chose another layout than the one toured. She explained the process throughly for me. Basically…If you enjoy pleasant interactions and knowledgeable/nice staff during your apartment hunt then you should check this complex out! Happy Hunting!
