Lenox Woods

Honest review: I have lived at Lenox Woods for almost a year, and one of the first things that stands out to me is how large and maintained the entire community is. Most who I have spoken to enjoy the community. When someone is happy with where they live, they usually do not feel a strong reason to write about it like myself until now. There is a lot of open space, wide walkways, and plenty of room between the buildings. It never feels cramped or crowded, and the size of the property gives it a calm and comfortable environment. The staff is also really nice and attentive. They even do monthly events for the community which are great! The grounds are always clean, the shared areas are taken care of, and there is plenty of space to walk, relax, or spend time outside. The dog park is huge

We’ve been here for a year now and just renewed our lease. Overall, it’s a really good place to live. The community feels safe and quiet, it’s tucked away from highways and busy intersections, with a school right across the street. At the same time, it’s convenient: I-35 is close, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to H-E-B or the nearest shopping plaza. The property is always clean. No trash, no mess, and the staff does a great job keeping everything nice. There’s a co-working space that’s quiet and comfortable if you work from home, and the gym has all the basics you need. The two big pools are definitely a highlight, and the areas around them are really well set up. There are also a few grill spots, which are great for weekends. One of the things I really enjoy is the community events.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. Staff is extremely inconsistent with what they say and how they will “resolve” issues. We signed our February of 2025, and it was a mistake to even more here. One month after living here we noticed holes behind doors, scratched peeling doors, ants coming out of everything, room, living room, kitchen, bathroom (we aren’t the only ones who have had this issue according to neighbors) kitchen cabinets is placed disproportionately, water gets in and how since then damaged boards. Our filter was never changed regardless of multiple maintenance request. Insulation is showing from bedroom windows which have caused very bad allergies the entire time we’ve been here. Lastly I paid $300 for pet deposit when I first moved here because I didn’t yet have my ESA

Lenox Woods is an amazing property and truly a great place to live. The community is very well kept and always looks clean and maintained, which really shows the pride taken in the property. The leasing office staff are absolutely wonderful-kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They are always responsive and make you feel supported no matter what you need. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They stay on top of their work, respond quickly, and ensure any issues are handled efficiently and professionally. On top of that, the property itself is quiet and calm, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to. I highly recommend Lenox Woods to anyone looking for a well-managed, friendly, and serene community.

I’ve lived here for a little over four months and can’t recommend Lenox Woods enough! The leasing staff—Alvaro, Jason, and Michaela—are amazing. The maintenance staff is also great; they’re quick to respond to work orders and keep the complex grounds really clean. All the residents are so friendly, the complex is quiet, and the apartment itself (at least mine) is amazing. The neighborhood is great for walking and running and feels really safe. 10/10 would recommend this apartment complex!
