Lennox Southpark Apartments

I Am A Current Resident At Ashley Square Apartments (In Which I love). My Package Accidentally got delivered At Lennox Apartments, When I walked In The Leasing Office Lynn( The assistant Property Manager) Made me feel very very Uncomfortable with her response and Greeting. She Asked me "If I lived here and what did I want?" I told her "I was there to Pick up a package that was Delivered Her By A mistake". Lynn told me to step outside while she locked the doors but A white women came Behind me and she allowed her to go inside while she locked me outside. I felt Very Discriminated Against and this is why I have Chose Ashley Square Apartments Over Lennox and here's why: The Very First time I was in the market for A Apartment Lynn Gave me all the reason why I shouldn't rent with Ashley Square

DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!! Wish I could give zero stars was excited about seeing this place. As I stayed here before as an Airbnb. However, management who called to schedule was very rude and dismissive to me over phone. Due to that I don’t even want to see the place and looking at pass reviews it lives up to it’s bad management reviews. Can’t imagine how they talk and treat their residents

Two months assessment- aesthetically nice. The walls are thin and the noise during the day is quite loud. Street noise due to proximity of delivery trucks all day is not enjoyable. The furniture in the clubhouse has stains and needs cleaning/replacing along with elevator landing furniture. Again aesthetics. I have seen some large bugs which are more common than one might like in the common areas. Staff is super nice and helpful. Kitchen is much smaller with reference to cabinetry. Some items within apartment are considered "luxury" when replacements are requested like the water filters which are left to the tenants to replace at their own expense. My stove is still being worked on to work properly. Maintenance are prompt and friendly. All within my opinion. UPDATE: New stove provided.

I recently visited Lennox Southpark, seeking an apartment for lease. When I arrived, I met Ms. Lynn Jordan. She was so professional, warm and kind. Ms. Lynn immediately stopped what she was doing and promptly assisted me, which for someone who works in customer service, I can greatly appreciate. She throughly gave me pricing on the apartment options and took me on an amazing tour of the facility. Ms. Lynn provided world class customer service, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on the visit. If I could give her 10 stars I would because she deserves it. Thank you, Ms. Lynn!

I really love this apartment complex. The staff are always friendly, they host cute events that I actually enjoy attending, and the location/price is so great! The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I feel like I can relax and take a nap in the middle of the day despite having neighbors on all four sides; I don't hear any of them. Issues are resolved quickly, I'm very happy I chose to live here.
