Wonderful place to live. Ample guest parking, quiet, beautiful living space, clean gorgeous pool area with an amazing water park for children 12 and under, a gym, sauna and a full basketball court. Have lived here 4 years we are now looking to buy.

Great place to live. It is quiet. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The people that work in the office are nice too.

This place look lovely i lived here for 2 years and the truth is i feel like im back in cuba getting my life control. You can have this you cant do that something as stupid as not been able to keep your truck park on your drive way cause is a commercial vehicle and it goes against the esthetic of the place. I dont recommend this condominiums or houses to noneone plus they are built cheap.

If you are thinking of purchasing a home in Silver Palms please be CAREFUL! If you are a family and purchase a townhouse for 4 bedrooms and above there will not be adequate parking space for everyone. Please be advise that even though there are plenty of guest parking spaces the HOA will not be accommodating and will tow cars from owners that are park in the guest parking spaces. The HOA are not flexible at all and will not work with homeowners that need extra parking for their vesicles. In conclusion is pointless to rent or own a townhouse in this community because you will not have enough parking spaces and the HOA will harass you and tow your car. Please take this into consideration when you are purchasing or renting in Silver Palms. Also the Board of Directors will not care as they hav
