Lennar at Wharton Lakes

We are very Happy with our new house 🏡. They helped us through all the process and Mr. Victor was of great help he was really patience with us showing us the house and walking us through the process. We were told by another company of houses that we couldn’t get a new house that we weren’t approved. With Lennar we were approved just had to do a bit of work which they showed us and helped us. Now we have our brand new house thanks to God, but also to Mr. Victor and his crew.

My sister’s home purchase was with Lennar so I was excited to come check them out when I saw they were building in the new Wharton Lakes community. The sales team was super helpful answering all of my questions and made the process smooth. This community is perfect for small families and in close proximity to many amenities (grocery, shopping, food, and close to the highway) not to mention you can’t beat the prices of the homes here.

Great community in the heart of Wharton. Just minutes from the historic downtown area and amazing floorplans at an incredible price. A great place for a new chapter in life.

The team at Lennar are so helpful in finding you your home. I loved being close to HEB and restaurants!
