Briar Pointe Apartments

The property has had some nice updates. There is 2 tone paint and wood look flooring inside as they are made ready to move in. The outside paint was updated. 2 pools were resurfaced and painted. And I hear there are more updates to come.

I currently live here while going to school at the Junor College. It is nice and quiet here. The apartment is big! I wasn't expecting all the room, the nice paint, and the big walk in closet is awesome. People here have been really nice and seem to look out for each other. I left my keys in my door and woke up the next day to find them still in the door and nothing happened. You can't say that in places I lived in in Houston. The people in the office here very helpful getting me moved in and been really friendly. I am loving all the nice GREEN grass here too. Overall I am very happy I decided to stop in and complete my application. Oh! Also, it's not right across the street, but it's so close I usually just ride my bike or walk to school, or HEB, or even food places. Talk about saving gas!

I have lived at Briar pointe for going on two years now. So far the prices of rent have been very economical. As well as the units space and layouts are fantastic and cleaned well. Although the appliances are not new, They are very durable. Management is very straightforward, knowledgeable, consistent and fair. Maintenance has been some of the best apartment maintenance workers I’ve ever encountered. The grounds stay clean and free from major debris. When an issue arises, they do respond and take care of it in a timely manner to the best of their ability and work quickly as possible, while still providing excellent service.
