I’m extremely disappointed in how the HOA and Floralawn have handled this irrigation system issue. When I moved into my home, no one told me that I was supposed to monitor or reprogram the irrigation timer myself. I was also never told that the sprinklers were broken, and Rodrigo never mentioned anything about it either. I recently found out from the City of Clermont that the irrigation system was turned on March 29th and has been running every day for eight hours straight. I never even saw the sprinklers running and had no idea they were active at all. Floralawn says they always turn the system off after their wet checks, but clearly it was left on, wasting water and leading to a huge utility bill that I’m now stuck with. Lennar has HOA , Community Development District and County Municipal taxing unit over the neighborhood making it very expensive live here . Do not let sale tell you about Olympus because nothing even started and no time table when. The Wellness Way is major commute roads so traffic is heavy and go get worse other two Development started more homes .
