LOVE Lennar! Love wellen park. They do such an amazing job with all their communities. Ted/Phil and Ed are great! Highly recommend. Go buy while you can!

A bunch of grumpy old men! No smiles, they look at you like you're trying to steal something. Overrated course for the money. It may be good in time, but it's not worth the fees now. The cart restrictions as to where you go before it shuts you down needs improvement. Airation and sandy greens should mean lower green fees.

With all due respect to the golf course staff that did a good job given the curcumstances, I rate the golf course 1.5 stars out of 5 and all of our playing partners agreed. Its a poor value in our opinion. The greens fees are extremely overpriced at $160 per person ($149 plus $11 tax). My wife and I played for $320 today. The course and facilities do not come close to comparing to other courses that charge similar fees. The course is fine, but it is certainly not beautiful compared to others in the area and it is not yet well landscaped. The land has been stripped of its natural beauty and all that remains is a few sparsely planted palm trees and grass in between rows of future houses with OB on both sides. Just aerated the entire course, greens included. But more than playable. Take a stroke off for the ones you putt close.
