We were under contract for 1.5 weeks before we had a situation arise that prevented us from moving in (house was still under construction). They refused to return *any* of our $16,000 deposit, despite the fact that they immediately relisted the house for even more money. Be very sure of your situation and decision to go with them before giving any money. Many quality issues as well during the times we did walk through.

Staff is great, very nice, polite and helpful. The prices were above my budget or what I was looking for is more expensive than what they offer. Nice neigjborhood. If you work from home, greT place. If you travel, it might be far to many businesses and locations.

They build them fast and cheap down here. The house looks great from 50 feet away, and things inside look good from 10-20, but when you get close it looks like it was built by M.C. Esher. There is not a straight line in our house! The baseboards, which are supposed to be at 90 degree angles, have taught me about geometric shapes I didn't know existed. There are rhombuses, trapezoids, and dodecahedrons! The wall switches are sloppy, other details are sloppy. We found a potato chip bag behind our carpet stairs. Walls are not the same height or width, they bow out, they bow in. Things are randomly not finished or designed properly. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Oh well at least it was only $570k (JK). Very nice neighborhood I did a lot of painting work in this neighborhood . Mostly interior so if you do anything done don't hesitate to call 4th Generation Painting

They will not follow through with anything. They will give you the run around for a year and then say it’s past the year warranty. Please do yourself a favor and find another builder
