Lennar at Trace at Olde Towne

Felt very unsafe, drugs being sold behind us, pitbull running loose, dog poop everywhere even though they provided bags and cans, atvs on sidewalks, loud music, felt very unsafe. Pool was nice but stopped going due to parties being held there. Stopped going to gym due to people baring music and coming in groups. Racial issues discussed on fb. Maybe section we were in but we quickly moved. Could have d been a nice place Police there a lot and car break ins frequent

My spouse and I bought a townhouse at Trace and just closed on it a month ago. The buying process was great, Lennar’s staff were friendly and attentive. The construction manager sent updates every two weeks, we could go see the property whenever we wanted (with an appointment), the concierge Erin was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had. The home orientation was very helpful and informative. They were great until the day we closed. I will preface my negatives by saying the house is amazing in itself and we really do like it. Here is why we gave this a 3 star. Lennar told us there was a slight delay in the internet service being set up on our street. Its been a month since most of us on the street closed and NONE of us have internet yet. Everyone is blaming everyone else,

Really nice home plans and something for all interests. Awesome location and huge community with resort like amenities that is perfect for families. Close to downtown, north hills and all major interstates. Lennar staff is very helpful, attentive and will walk you though everything you need to make the decision. Happy to be part of this awesome community.

There is NOTHING to do in this area. The plan was to add multiple restaurants and shops but that is no longer going to happen. The traffic will be ridiculous when they reach full capacity. Two grocery stores for thousands of people. And as soon as the market calms down, they'll all be section eight housing.

I love it here! I had a great experience closing, there are top notch amenities, and respectful neighbors! It is also close to everything!! Excited for the future retail coming this way.
