Lennar at Torian Village

Buying from Lennar has been one of the most frustrating experiences. They rushed the build of our home, clearly more focused on putting up houses for numbers than on quality. From day one, we were handed dead grass and trees — it looked neglected before we even moved in. When issues come up, they fight you every step of the way. Instead of standing behind their work, they make the process of getting anything fixed extremely difficult. To make matters worse, they only repair drywall cracks once, even though more appear as the house settles. Most recently spilled chemical in my yard and refuse to take accountability . Pushed our move in date 3 times, which took two weeks of “free rent” and made it worthless. Communication is LITERALLY nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this company or team with Lennar to anybody. It has been the worst experience, that started off so joyful and promising. I’ve been working on my credit for over 10 years so I could buy a home and Lennar has ruined that entire experience for me. The team at Lennar doesn’t have communication with each other or with the residence that they are selling houses to. They pushed the date back due to construction, but then let us move in, even though they didn’t take care of all the blue tape items. It is a very quaint and quiet neighborhood, quite a few first time home buyers so it’s nice to see young people starting their home journey I wish the houses had Rain Gutters though

A relatively new community off of 151 & 410, as of this posting there's plenty of homes still to be built out in phase one followed later by phase two on the other side of the park. Incidentally, the park is owned by the city which makes the HOA fees relatively low (includes internet). If you're looking for a new home in the area, you should definitely check it out.
