Lennar at Thunder Rock

Friends and community of Marble Falls, please be very cautious when dealing with Lennar and Lennar Financing. They are working together just like a crooked car dealership and go back and forth between the sales agent and loan officer several times. I recently was very deceived about a property I looked at yard size and wanted to purchase compared to the “same” property they pressured me to sign a contract on July 31. I did not know the yard size difference until they finally put the fence up. Also, new prices drop every Mon, so don’t be afraid to wait. They will tell you they don’t have any more of that plan, and they do. They will tell you that 4 other people are wanting it and that is not completely true either. Six months of living in this new community. Our house has had several repairs done due to a terrible and rushed build. We have had to fix the upstairs sub flooring, the electrical system, the stairwell, the ceiling, dry walls, the windows, and the cabinet fixtures. We are certain there are foundation issues that caused the issues above, that Lennar refuses to fix, so all previously mentioned issues are likely to return. The fact that this home is still under warranty, and Lennar refuses to actually address these issues shows a lack of integrity. Additionally, Lennar sales people are selling these homes under the premise that the HOA and Solar panel fees are included in the mortgage costs. This is not the case and it was quite surprising to receive a notice that we owed fees for the two. A

We are currently renting a house in Thunder rock. It is a brand new home and we are the first in there. The first week we were there (july-24) we reported a leak in the sprinkler. It is now Oct and it's getting worse. With all the water shut off the meter is showing 1/2 per minute and I just got a $300 water bill. Hopefully someone at Lennar sees this and does something. Calls to the company have not produced results. UPDATE: Lennar finally came out and lectured me about how I'm responsible for finding the issue and sending them video proof before they will bring the sub out. Then in 5 minutes they verified that I had a huge leak in my sprinkler system.

Lennar builds very bad quality homes.
