We have lived in this community for 8 months and we could not be more pleased with our neighbors and our home! Great place; neighbors r wonderful and look out for each other. Those with dogs - some are mindful while others have no respect for the area where they live. Please clean up after your animals; some children cannot tell the difference due to their ages. The HOA has made it easy for u by locating bags and cans to dispose of waste. Thank you for your help in this matter. Let us make our homes desirable 😎

We moved in a few months ago and we have had our fair share of issues, as other people have, but we absolutely love the community, the home, and the people we have met. I am hopeful that since Lennar has brought in a new construction manager, many of the issues we experienced will no longer continue. There were, and still are, some things that need to be completed, but all the major issues we have had have been resolved. We used a realtor to purchase the home, but we dealt directly with Chelsea from day 1. She sold us on the home and the community! She was absolutely phenomenal with communication during the entire 6 month home building process. We also talked with Bob on several occasions and he was always wonderful too.
