Lennar at Sapphire Grove

The staff are hardworking. I think this builder is good for starter homes or people beginning their rental portfolio. Everyone I worked with was transparent and I never felt like I was "being sold" something.

This is a great community but lacks a lot in the aspect of communication and construction management . i was supposed to get my sawgrass 2 weeks into living in my home . They also left a lot of trash in my backyard and , somehow my neighbors that just moved in are about to have theirs installed ! their only help is tyrrell great guy he’s been helping me with everything since the start ! everyone else isn’t much help! hope it gets better but rough start !

PLEASE READ PLEASE There are a lot of things id like to discuss here about these homes but one thing is my main problem which is the traffic light they just recently put up to accommodate the current residents of these homes I do not live in these houses but am a local resident of the neighboring subdivisions and have lived here my whole life the school traffic has always been bad in a way if you didn't wake up early your bound to get caught in the oakcrest and east Central highschool traffic in the early morning this light however is about to make it a whole lot worse when it gets fully set up which is bad for the older residents and newer residents they didn't do a well though our traffic study not taking in that fact farm life gets transported out on this road and oversized loads like h

Edit 04/25: the builder seems to have addressed the stray dog problem. Now the issue is the majority of dog owners in this community are inconsiderate of their neighbors and think it’s okay for their dogs to use everyone’s yard and the common areas as a poop and pee pad. Do better dog owners of SG.
