Lennar at Ruby Crossing

Please be aware before buying a Lennar home. A lot of homeowners are very disappointed and upset with Lennar’s recent decision to choose the trash company for each homeowner at Ruby Crossing community. The homeowners were NOT included in their bidding decision with Frontier Trash Solutions. We are all adult homeowners in this community and should’ve been included in this decision. We did not receive any prior correspondence from Lennar management staff, written or otherwise informing us of their decision. Frontier did tape a flyer on one of the bin lid on the day they delivered the bins. What gives them the right to decide which trash company each homeowner can afford or want to use. CAUTION DO NOT USE LENNAR, LYING SALES PEOPLE JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY.....Beware of Nicolas H....Do not use lennar or even try looking at their houses. We looked at homes, told them what we were able to put down and they made all these promises on how "easy" it was. Then asked for a "Earnest Down Payment" saying if I do not get approved I will get that money back....well they LIED, did not get approved, then wanted to check another loan and I got approved with them with over $14,000 down. So asked for my earnest money back and nope did not give it back. If anyone asks for Earnest Money tell them no they will not give it back to you if you do not get approved. Do not do business with nicolas H.

DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR!!! As someone who deeply regrets it now, they dont care about the people that live in their communities. As of right now they still have majority for the hoa and have yet to hold annual meetings even though they are required by law.

Don’t ever deal with Lennar!! Shady employees and their bosses just cover up for them. Never realize how untrustworthy Sales people can be. Definitely learned my lesson. Ryan The Sales Manager was no help, as he defended his lying employee Cody Carroll. Stating verbal agreements are not upholded. Cody Carroll Karma will catch up to You and your promises and lies. Anything to get the sale. Sad sad sad. I will never ever recommend A Lennar home to anyone. Definitely having regrets now!!

when we moved in nothing we pointed out in the walk through was done, once moved in i noticed it smelled like gas in our garage, there was a gas leak due to the installation of the water heater and a leak in my kitchen from stove, i have only been here for a week and cant even imagine what problems i’ll have to deal with in this house within a few months.
