★☆☆☆☆ – November 28, 2025 We live in the Royal Club Charlotte model home and as of today, our kids’ bedroom is 56 degrees even though the thermostat is set to 68. This has been a repeated problem since we moved in. Summer it’s worse When we bought the house, we immediately noticed the duct work was undersized and brought it to Lennar’s attention. They met with us along with their contractor, Elander. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they argued and insisted everything was correct. That simply isn’t true — my family owns an HVAC company, and they confirmed the system is not installed to proper standards and also attended the meeting. Our family has a “master” license and the guys who attended argued but yet doesn’t hold the masters license. Our static pressure is well above what Lenno

Beautiful new neighborhood with golf course home sites. Tina is the Lennar builder rep. She is easy to work with. Single Family homes and one level villa town homes. Prices from $800's well over $1m.
