Karen was our agent to find a home and then sell our home. Due to our health one of us had to do the deciding and I had never been very involved in all of what is needed to purchase, rent or sell real estate. Karen was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining all of the steps necessary in the the processes. She and others are available and supportive in community efforts. One of my relatives even referred Karen to a friend to sell their home.
