Lennar at Patriot Park Townhomes

I’ll admit, my initial experience with the construction process was rocky and not up to par. However, Tina and Reagan went above and beyond to make things right, and their dedication truly made all the difference. Now that I’ve been here for a few weeks, I can confidently say I’m very happy with my decision and the community as a whole. I highly recommend working with Tina—she makes the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, always going above and beyond within reason to ensure a great move-in process. If you’re considering this community, you’ll be in great hands!

Lennar claims to be the builder that includes everything, however these townhomes are bare bones. No blinds, no ceiling fans, no garage door opener, not one towel bar, or toilet paper holder in ANY of the bathrooms. The units are nice, but given the price and the claim that "everything is included," it would seem that those items mentioned above, would actually be included.

Was visiting a family member at the location as they had bought a new home. They are still building but, love the home and the location. Close to everything and off the main street.

Phenomenal construction by the Lennar group. A very nice small community development with easy access to everything.

Just the area is new maps needs to be updated on the delivery apps as well.
