Lennar at Moore Landing

I have tried purchasing a home through two different personal realtors, unrelated to Lennar, two separate times in the past year and was very overwhelmed and lost. It honestly felt like a sales scam because they kept pushing me to purchase a home outside of my budget so I never moved forward with purchasing a home until I met the team from Lennar. I started my house buying process from Lennar on 12/20 and was moved in by 1/15. Thank you so much Hai, Kim, Karlo, Patricia. Daniel and many others from Lennar in helping in making my home buying process so simple. Everything is streamlined and under Lennar's umbrella making everything from internet, HOA, electricity, mailing address registration, financing, loans etc. all extremely easy to understand especially for a first time buyer. If you are going to buy a home at Lennar I would ask for Hai Chau. That guy is a master at his craft, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and makes the process seamless and stress free!
