Lenar's fencing contractor installed fence posts so poorly that they are now rotting through in less than 3 years. So far we have had to replace 4 posts ourselves because Lennar refused to acknowledge the malpractice of their contractor. Instead they chose to stand by their shoddy workmanship. What else are they willing to accept from contractors who cut corners?
Beautiful senior 55+ community. Gated and have club house with plenty facilities.

The house I'm buying is here. Perfect community for me, single level, new construction, quality materials.
