I absolutely love my new home from Lennar Homes! As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the process, especially after hearing so many horror stories. My experience at Miller’s Pointe, however, completely changed my perspective. After a disappointing experience with Liberty Communities, I am so thankful I found Teona and her team. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and never pushy. Teona was kind, patient, and guided me through every step of the process. I just finished reading one of the other posts and I am so sorry that she/they had an unpleasant experience. My suggestion is to try again, because I've been twice, at Miller's Pointe and once at Timber Ridge and my experience was AWESOME!! Teone at Miller's Pointe and Susan at Timber Ridge. I really liked them and was given excellent service. Sometimes ppl have a bad day and take it out on whoever is in their presence at the time. I wish that I could rate them a 100+! That's just how great they were. Anyway, I love both properties and both Reps were GREAT!! I've heard great things about this builder and that's the bottom line. I wouldn't let this experience deter me away from a great community.....IJS.

I recently had a self guided tour scheduled where whenever I selected the time for the appointment, the confirmation would reflect a different time (see pictures below). I can only assume that this is due to a time zone issue. When I arrived at the location, I noticed the home being toured was also functioning as the sales office and the hours of operation ended at the time of the tour. I also didn’t see the smart lock where the code for the self guided tour would need to be entered. Due to this, I was confused and proceeded to enter the sales office about 5 minutes before the appointment at 6pm. I was so excited to tour this home and walked in with much enthusiasm. The homes are beautiful in this community. Close to the target and Publix. The agent onsite was helpful, and very nice.
