Bunch of for sales signs . Homeowners not liking the builder run hoa. They retaliate against the Homeowners who have sign up because there are too many now . Some of these signs have been up for months now they start harassing Homeowners. Wait until neighborhood is 100% complete before buying here . Too many problems between hoa and homeowner now . There's also a old man who walks around reporting people to the hoa . No peace here , no community ,

Several of my friends own homes here and are constantly harassed by the HOA, tons of for sale signs for obvious reasons. Do not buy a home here you will regret it.

HOA here on a power trip . They send out notice they will be strictly enforcing. Don’t move here most of the homeowners waiting to take over board and kick out vesta.

The model was open, not a sole around to answer questions. No brochures, floorplans or association info or price. The condo looks nice. Very spacious layout and large kitchen.

Great across all aspects, price points and amenities look fantastic. Great area in Ocala very convenient to shops & restaurants. I look forward to my new home being completed.
