Lennar at Malone

Carey is the sales representative with Lennar Homes at Malone. He was awesome to work with. I am a Realtor and he communicated often with my clients and me, keeping us posted on progress of the new build. He sent pictures throughout the process along with text messages and responded to questions very quickly. He made buying a first home for my clients a pleasant experience. With the Austin market being as aggressive as it currently is, it was so nice to have a sales representative who actually cared and was easy to work with.

I am basing this review on my experience and observations of the Lennar at Malone community and home, and may or may not reflect other’s experiences. For context, I was temporarily renting a brand-new home in this community at the time while waiting on the completion of my new home build in another community. PROS - Newer community and is located in a convenient location close to I35, MoPac Expressway, grocery stores, retail shopping, eateries, and restaurants. - Open and functional floor layouts with tall ceilings. - Master bedroom, bathroom, and closet are a good size. - Offer solar panel energy and some smart home features. - Quiet area and community. - Local parks and amenities nearby the community. I look forward to having Lennar build my 1st house ever! Hoping to be a part of the newest development called Wyoming Springs in Round Rock when they break ground or somewhere in the greater Houston area w/i the next couple of years or sooner! No matter where, I definitely want a Lennar built home.
