Lennar at Magnolia Trace

If I could leave no stars I would... Nothing bad to say about the community or the home builder’s construction. This review is on the fellow fellow named Matt that works in the office... I’m not even going to get into how weird this experience was. Just know that if you get a Matt in the sales office to beware... he flipped on my wife and I so fast and wouldn’t give us any information on the floor plans of the community after being very welcoming in the beginning. Idk... I was really just so surprised by his change in personality, it seemed dangerous. I told him I was going to write a review to warn others about his erratic behavioral change. I’m expecting his managerial team to reach out to me to discuss further. Once this is resolved I will update my review.

Enjoying the convenience of Magnolia Trace; located nearby to major thoroughfares I-440 and I-540, this beautiful community is only minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Triangle Town Center mall, and North Hills in Midtown.

appears to be a reputable builder providing modern homes. several homesites throughout Raleigh at average cost. However they offer additional home features not offered by other builders in home price.

Nicely designed homes! Looking forward to see the complited Magnolia Trace project.

Beautiful homes right outside my neighborhood however never been on the inside the homes since they finished them.
