Purchasing my first home! It’s going well so far. Conveniently located. The housing complex is located close to stores, gas’s stations and public highways. I look forward to living there. - Also the Building care staff are wonderful.
I would not recommend living here, we just moved in about a month ago and Legacy Southwest HOA just raised our fees by 10%, also the train is loud and the neighborhood stinks like sewage 24/7. Luella crossing and Legacy Southwest HOA is a joke!
The train is so loud all day and night particularly between 1am and 4am, also the neighborhood stinks like sewage. Would not recommend living here.
There is also (Pontchartrain Parkway) with new homes. So Pontchartrain Pkwy needs To BE ADDED TO GOOGLE MAPS PLEASE
