Lennar at Limehouse Village

We bought a beautiful new home here. Kevin is awesome, he was instrumental in helping us purchase our dream home. After living here for six months, we love our neighborhood. It’s peaceful, beautiful and has nice neighbors.

My wife and I spent so much time thinking of the house we wanted, and without anyone telling us, they NO LONGER will use brick board siding. Instead, their prices went up slightly, AND put cheap vinyl siding. $500k plus for vinyl siding house. It looks bad bc ALL other homes (including Model Home) ALL have brick board siding except this last phase. Guess Lennar is pocketing the extra $15k they saved going cheap. My wife and I are not happy wasting so much time. I do not think anyone else that maybe already put $ down on their next home knows about the switch. So we are looking elsewhere.

My buyers and I had the pleasure of working with Paul at Limehouse Village. Paul was so friendly, informative and honest! I’ve worked with Paul at diff Lennar locations as well and he’s always been friendly and professional and I truly enjoy working with him! I hope to work with him again in the future! Paul is just a great person aside from being a great agent! 5 star ⭐️ guy for sure!

My wife and I finally moved into our Lennar home in Limehouse Village. Paul and Kevin were great and very welcoming. Rusty and Denny walked us through the whole building process from start to finish. This community has great southern aesthetics and country feel. It will definitely be a great place to raise a family. We’re super happy we had the chance to buy a home here. There’s nothing else in Summerville like it.

I had a great experience with the Lennar agent. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient. I am excited to be closing within the next 8 weeks, however I was a little disappointed when the agent informed me that I have to hire a outside contractor to screen in my back patio, when that was listed as an optional choice on the blueprint/advertisement. Relocating to a new state/community is hard enough, now I have to deal with the difficult task of finding someone to do a job that I thought would be completed by their contractors if I paid for it.
