Having our first inspection this week and so glad we didn’t commit to DelWebb/Nexton. Lennars prices were hard to pass up. With the incentive they gave us my wife and I will save money and get a bigger house than what we would have received atcDel Webb. This is my wife’s 2nd home building from the ground up . So we know what we are getting and can’t wait for closing.
Gorgeous model homes. Going to be a beautiful community.
