Lennar at Highland Ridge

Alan has been incredible with helping us get our dream home. He has spent hours showing us homes and emailing us options even during the weekends. This is our first time buying a home and he made the process very easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The previous sales rep did not know much when it came to selling these houses. He didn't know packages or what kind of offers were in place. The new sales rep is the epitome of a sales rep. Only wants the sale and seems to be bothered with customer service. Lennar does not seem to have their stuff together. They had a number of driveways that still needed their asphalt poured but were about to have the final layer of asphalt put on the main road. Where were these people supposed to park. They fail to respond in a timely manner to emails. Lennar does everything they can to make a larger profit off their house sales. Whether that is not having disaster pans connected to sewer pipes, no gaskets on the outlet boxes that are on exterior walls, MDF trim instead of hardwood, flat paint that is v

Way overpriced for the amount of space , homes are w/i design yet to small and to close together for us . Lennar i will say has a great palate in lay out , colors , ect . Great for allot of other people in what they like ... " GREAT 👍 JOB LENNAR

Good place, but a little bit remote for someone like me working in minneapolis downtown. Alan was friendly and warm and helpful.

Nice houses being built by Lennar there... Alan, The manager there is so helpful and patient during the whole process of construction and buying.
