Gateway Village Apartments

I am in my 13th year at Gateway Village Apartments in Delano, MN. I absolutely love it here and can honestly say these are the nicest apartments I’ve ever seen. The management is very nice to work with and they hire friendly, professional people to work in the building. It is always clean, neat and kept up all the time. It is wonderful to have a parking garage for the residents. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for an apartment (Caroline Winders)

This is my first experience at apartment living and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The building is always clean and well-kept, it's well-lit and secure. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. The laundry rooms sparkle. Even the underground parking is always neat and clean. And the management cares. That's an unbeatable combination.

I have been living at Gateway Village Apartment for five years and all I have to say is it is a great building. The apartment are nice and new, no odor. Carpet is washed and cleaned LIKE NEW when I first moved in. My privacy is the best concern. Jason- the manager- lives there too and he takes really good care of the building. It is a GREATEST home for me. Love it!

I was sad to be leaving Gateway Village! My Husband and I, and our 2 little kids enjoyed our 2 years there. Jason, the apartment manager, was always very kind, and made us feel like part of his family, as well as the community there. There are quite a few elderly people there, which is nice, as my partying days are over. There are also quite a few young families as well. If you are looking for a place to live, and want a safe secure feeling, this is the place! If you want to party, or want a younger crowd, Delano has many other apartments that would fit the bill. Any, and all issues, I encountered while staying there, were always taken care of in a timely fashion. I highly recommend GATEWAY VILLAGE APARTMENTS, and Jason as the manager. I have had a great experience living at Gateway Village Apartments! Living space is large, updated and clean. Feels like a home. Management is always there to help with issues, simple check ins and great to work with. Location is great. With access to bike paths just steps away from parking lot. As well as Delano Commons shopping center across the street. Highly recommend Gateway Village to any one looking to rent in Delano!
