Purchased a townhome in this community from Lennar and it’s been a nightmare. Poor workmanship. Get a third party inspection before closing and demand that they do a deep cleaning on the home because they will deliver a filthy floor that will show lots of defective tile after you clean it. Never again Lennar thank you.
