Lennar at Edge of Auburn

I had a wonderful experience with Lennar homes. I would highly recommend. Anything we needed they jump right on it. beautiful neighborhood. I haven't officially moved in yet but I'm sure I'm going to love it.

We moved into our new home just two months ago, and the problems are already piling up. The construction quality is shockingly poor. Water leakage: We noticed water leaking from multiple places, causing damage and an absolute headache. Lighting issues: The lights are already faded and malfunctioning. It’s unacceptable for such a new house. Flooring problems: There are visible gaps between the floorboards, making the entire place look unfinished. Wall cracks: Cracks are already forming in the walls, raising serious concerns about the structural integrity of the home. This experience has been beyond frustrating. It has been a great experience working with Lennar. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been welcoming and provided us with clear, thorough information. Problems I have had: 1. There’s drains in my backyard which are causing issues building a fence (during purchase the sales team did not make it seem like an issue, but it is). And just FYI, there are drains everywhere so it’s not just my backyard. Let’s just say, I feel bad for some of the other homes. Why they couldn’t grade the land better, Idk. 2. Hotwire communications (or fisionX) sucks. I was told “oh you’ll get 1,000 mbps!” and I barely get 90. But oh wait, Lennar didn’t mention that you have to buy/rent a router if your house is over 1500 sqft to get better service. So why they advertise this, Idk. I’ve also had 3 interruptions in the last few months. 3. The land developers side of Lennar is taking forever to build street lights and place poop bins for dogs. So, there’s poop being
