Lennar at Cedar Hills

I worked with Cheryl on the purchase of my new home. I visited the model multiple times before I signed my purchase agreement and she was always very friendly and accommodating. Cheryl kept me informed every step of the way during the entire process, even on her days off. She even took time to take photos for me once they started digging (which they did early so it was a surprise). I absolutely love my new home and highly recommend Cheryl!

Terrible workmanship. Two weeks prior to closing, we found too many unresolved issues, and those were the ones we could see. The construction manager couldn't answer basic questions as to why these issues weren't caught during his watch. He blamed the city of Lakeville's inspection department. We chose to back out of the sale and lost our earnest money, but it was money well spent considering what we would have spent addressing all of the potential issues that we couldn't see. Do yourself a favor. Build with a reputable custom builder. You won't regret it!

Cheryl Mourning at Cedar Hill was fantastic at showing us the homes that we were interested in and explaining the features and benefits of those homes.Cheryl displayed professionalism always and was very customer oriented and very pleasant to work with and wanted what was best for me and my wife through out our time spent at Lennar. Cheryl is a shining example of Lennar and the excellent services that Lennar provides for people . We felt very respected while working with her and thanks to Cheryl and Lennar we got the perfect home. We were always treated with dignity and respect by Cheryl Mourning - a real leader at Lennar builders.

We started visiting this community a year ago and thought the homes were beautiful with high quality construction. We met Cheryl on our first visit and worked with her to tour several homes throughout the year. She was always very responsive (even on vacation) and really took interest in the kind of home our family was searching for. She never gave up on us, even as our small family suffered through multiple tragedies in 2022/2023. She found the perfect home for us, and made the process so so simple. I highly recommend getting in contact with Cheryl if your family is looking for your perfect home, she is a true advocate and dedicated to the families that want to make Cedar Hills their new home. I am confident we wouldn't be moving in to our new home without her!
