Horrible. Daughter bought a home a year ago and now has leaks, water damage, floor partially pulled and the communication sucks. They won’t get back to her in a timely manner. She had a 15 month old that can’t run around safely. Thanksgiving is ruined and she expects Christmas as well. Way to go Lennar. Check website as there are many posts about how awful the build is.
Friendly staff. The houses are nice. Wish they had more options for larger families. (5 bedroom, plus office, master down, etc.) The only master down they had, Winston, the downstairs was really small and tight. The other model, was great except the masters was upstairs. If we want this to be our forever home, we need the master down. I also wish their yards were bigger. If we ever wanted to add a pool and playset, it'd be impossible to. The neighborhood itself is pleasant.
This is a beautiful development but on the pricey side.
